Overview

USG Level 2 is a non-invasive radiological tool which uses sound waves for the visualization of fetal growth during the pregnancy period. USG Level 2 is usually performed between the 18 to 22 weeks of pregnancy. Level 2 USG is used to look for the real time age of the baby, monitor the development, assess well being etc. USG Level 2 is a preferred procedure during pregnancy as it does not involve radiation exposure which can be harmful.
